All-Ways Hair By Toni has been in business for 13 years. I am originally from New York but moved to Las Vegas over 40 years ago. My work ethics are beyond reproach and I am a perfectionist. I was taught if you are going to do something, do it right or don’t do it at all. If I feel your hair can’t handle a service because your hair structure is compromised I will send you home for a month with the right products to heal your hair from the inside out before we attempt to do any chemical services. I am certified in HairDreams Laser Nanobeamer extensions which allows you to have a full head of fusion extensions in 45 minutes. I am also certified to do I-Tip, K-Tip,Micro-K-Tip, Micro tape in, Tape-In, Weft, beaded Weft, invisible Beaded Sew In Weft, microline fusion Hair-Toppers. I custom color Extensions and wigs. My knowledge of color theory and my skills as a blonde specialist helps me to stand out from other stylists. I can safely remove tears of box color to help you realize your platinum and silver hair usually in one session with little to no damage to your hair. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations after the 48 hour window has expired. Deposits will be required for ALL services booked! Please understand that this isn't a punishment but rather a commitment to help my business grow, be successful and ensure the appointment takes place. The great thing about a deposit is, it goes towards your future service. If you make an appointment, please make sure your intent is to show up. If something happens that you need to cancel, it must be done 48 hours in advance. You will be able to transfer your deposit one time within 30 days from the first appointment created. I do know emergencies arise so as long as the communication is open, things can get worked out. My books are only open 60 days ahead of time. If something is needed in the future (more than 60 days), I have a waitlist you can sign up for. Pre-booking will be highly suggested so that I can book you ahead of time while you are here at the salon. If you need to reach me I have a number specifically for my business. It is 702.545.7860. Although I may respond quickly at times, however please allow for a 24-48 hour response time. If you need me to work on a day that I am off (ex. Sunday), or after 6:00pm I would be happy to for an additional small fee($50). This will be to cover my extra daily rental fee and inconvenience. Please DM me for Sunday and evening requests. Color Corrections, Vivids & Extensions will be offered on Mondays & Fridays and must be scheduled at 8:00 a.m. However, if you need a Weekend or Evening appointment just ask me and I will see what I can do. If you need a future appointment, please sign the waitlist. Color matching for your hair extensions must be done 1 week prior to installation. I do carry a select amount of hair extensions that are Blonde , Brown and Black. The Blonde extensions can be custom colored for a fee that is reflective of your hair service. If you choose to buy hair I use the Bellami, HairShop, Hairtalk HairDreams brand because I can get it in 24-72 hours if ordered before 12:00 pm Monday-Friday Full payment is required. If you are doing the HairDreams Laser NanoBeamer hair which is a 1 hour install and is fused to your hair for 6 months a consultation is required to color match and order your hair. Full payment for the hair is required. If you decide that you want to part ways, no worries! I PROMISE! I just ask that you let me know so that I don't bombard you with text messages, calls or emails. I will take you out of my contacts immediately! Refunds will not be given unless it is a deposit and within the 48 hour window. THERE WILL BE A 3% fee subtracted from your deposit to cover the chargeback. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know and we can discuss what adjustments can be made for you. If you cancel your payment after a service has been provide please know that I have a zero tolerance policy and I will file theft of services charges with Metro Police and a civil lawsuit in District Court. Attorney fees and filing fees will be added to your service if payment is not returned immediately. This is my business and my livelihood please respect me and my work. NO SHOW = NO MORE APPOINTMENTS and 100% charge of service booked! It's that simple!
